Happy Father's Day to Steve and every legend out there who taught us how to load a ute, fix anything with a bit of wire, and still stop for a coffee on the way. πŸ”§

This one's for the dads who deserve more than a cuppa from the servo.

Thanks a latte, dad β˜•

Grab him a bag of our award winning beans this Father's Day. He'll pretend he's not fussed. He'll be fussed.

Still going through a sales rep instead of your actual roaster? β˜•

With Sparks, there's no middleman. Direct access to the people roasting your coffee.

We've run our own cafe for 10 years, so we get the pressure you're under. Better coffee means more sales for you, more growth for both of us.

Looking for a roaster who's actually invested in you? Let's talk.

Step into our roaster's shoes for a day β˜•πŸ”₯

Rima fires up. Origins get weighed, loaded, roasted, batch after batch, 10 to 12 minutes each.

Even specialty coffee hides surprises, stones and debris from drying, so every batch runs through the destoner before it's bagged.

Then it degasses for a few days, letting the flavour settle before it ever hits your cup.

That's the process behind every single bag.

Grab a bag and taste the difference! β˜•

Family names, family land, family business πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦

Sparks comes from a piece of land my dad bought 35 years ago, named partly after all of us, Sarah, Pa, Anna, Robert, Kim and Steven.

We grew up there. Built houses, planted 30,000 trees, shared a lot of coffees around the campfire.

That's a name worth having. β˜•

Strawberry Creme is officially back in season.

We just took silver in Milk Based at the Australian Golden Bean with this blend. It's a strawberry co-ferment we sourced from Coffee Net, refined it a bit since last time, and it's tasting seriously good.

Live on the website now, don't sleep on this one! β˜•πŸ“

Jack's Treehouse: built in 2020, named after an actual treehouse, now a Bronze Medal winner at Golden Bean Australasia! πŸ†

Caramel, honey, stonefruit, and it cuts through milk beautifully.

Not sure which of our blends is right for you?

Swipe through three questions that'll point you in the right direction. Whether you're drinking it black, making milk drinks at home, or just getting into specialty coffee, there's a starting point that makes sense for you.

Still not sure after the swipe? Send us a message. We're happy to help you figure it out.

We get asked this a lot, so here's the answer.

Roast date matters more than most people realise, and it's the easiest thing to check before buying a bag.

Next time you're grabbing coffee, flip the bag over first. If it's not roasted within the last couple of weeks, keep looking.

Grab a fresh bag from us instead. β˜•

Your morning flat white, but it tastes like strawberry, vanilla and milk chocolate. πŸ“

That's not a flavour syrup. That's just what this coffee does in milk.

Strawberry Creme is part of our co-ferment series. Brazil and Colombia processed together to coax out flavours that don't usually show up in a cup. It's been doing this since 2024. Golden Bean agreed both times. Silver medal in 2024, Silver medal again in 2026. πŸ₯ˆπŸ₯ˆ

If you've been curious about specialty coffee but not sure where to start, this is the one. Approachable, genuinely interesting, and it tastes exactly like the name suggests.

Available in 250g, 500g and 1kg. Subscribe and save.
