Good luck today to all the competitors, paddlers, support crews and families out on the water today.
This year we are sponsoring a local kid Jono who has trained and prepared for months and months as a solo swimmer!
He first learnt of the event whilst quarantining on Rottnest island.
Whilst it’s not his first competitive open ocean swim, I fell in love with his story and sheer grit and determination.
We are very proud to sponsor this year Jonathon Clarke and his team and wish him a safe crossing!
