Hailing from the Sunshine State she's ex-military, a barista babe in the mornings, GC queen in the evenings, hybrid athlete - she gets it all done. She has the most handsome dog Louie & arguably some of the best banter getting spat out at GC.
Her cocktail creation 'If You Say So' features Never Never Smoooth Vodka, White Possum Banana Liqueur, Butterscotch, Espresso and Salted Caramel Foam.
Pop in and try it, available throughout September!

Soph is the apple of our eye. When she's not at work making our days brighter & being a weapon, you can find her shopping, planning her next holiday or walking her dogs to get her 10k steps in which she accomplishes every day.
Her cocktail is her in a glass - the 'Sweetie Pie', with Beyond Distilling Hazy Gin, orange liqueur, lemon, cloudy apple, cinnamon syrup, walnut bitters, and foam.

To get to the bar and restaurant located at Karrinyup Road in Perth, there are several transportation options available:
Public Transport:
- Take the train to Warwick Station and then catch Bus 423 towards Stirling Station. Get off at the Karrinyup Rd After Oldfield Rd stop which is right across from the location.
- Alternatively, take Bus 421 towards Warwick Station and get off at Karrinyup Shopping Centre Interchange. From there, it's a short walk down Karrinyup Rd to reach your destination.
Driving/Parking:
- If coming from the north, take Mitchell Fwy/State Route 2 southbound and exit onto Karrinyup Rd. Turn left onto Karrinyup Rd and continue for 3km until you reach your destination.
- If coming from the south, take Cedric St/State Route 71 northbound and turn right onto Karrinyup Rd. Continue for 1.5km until you reach your destination.
- There is onsite parking available at the location as well as street parking on surrounding streets.
