It’s been so popular, but we’ve got something exciting in store for November and Christmas, so pre-order your loaf by Thursday lunch. Lemon crinkle cookies also available for the last time this week.

Tread lightly Tuesday: Congratulations to StreetSmart Australia for raising over $150,000 through CafeSmart this year.
Street Smart brings about change for people at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness. They do this by empowering local, smaller, grassroots community organisations to respond to homelessness innovatively and in ways that work for their community.

Tread lightly Tuesday: Did you know Australians use an estimated 1.84 billion single use cups every year?
Reusable cups take more resources to produce than disposable cups. As a comparison, ceramic cups must be used 39 times, plastic cups 17 times and glass cups 15 times to match the energy efficiency of lined paper cups. So if you opt for a reusable cup, best to use it often and for a long time. Using cups you already have or borrowing a HuskeeCup from our library is ideal.
Each time you use a reusable cup, you’ll save 20c which will add up over time. 🌱

We’re at the park all week and can take orders through to Thursday lunchtime for carrot cake loaf and lemon crinkle cookies 🍋 (think Harrison’s most loved brookies in a lemon flavour!)
We will have single cookies and slices of loaf available on Saturday as well as loaves and boxes of cookies, but pre-ordering just guarantees you don’t miss out. See you somewhere soon x

Chris and Chloe started visiting us way back when we started at the beach, following us to the park for 2 laps and a brew. As they embark on an adventure, we’re sad, grateful and wish them all the very best. 👋

Tread lightly Tuesday: we recycle what we can at Beachside Barista including milk bottles, coffee bags, drink containers, cardboard and soft plastics. Our soft plastics are collected monthly by resmartco with an easy home pick up. ♻️ 🌏 🌱
