It's that time of week again!

Our ovens are firing up, our teams are ready - doors open at 5pm at Clarkson and Willagee. If you haven't already, try one of our chef's specials:

🍕NEW Portuguesa - Brazilian style pizza - Tomato sauce base, mozzarella cheese, ham, red onion, eggs, peas, olives, bacon, oregano, garlic olive oil
🍕Spudhead - garlic base, potatoes, herbs, mozzarella and fior di latte cheese, topped with a drizzle of housemade herb mayo and fresh parsley.
🍕The G.O.A.T. - tomato sauce base, baby spinach, goat cheese, olives, fior di latte cheese, oregano, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts

Finish it off with one of our gelato flavours inspired by spring:

🍕Introducing the Portuguesa 🍕

Our newest chef special is launching tonight at our Willagee and Clarkson stores and is packed to the brim with delicious toppings. The Portuguesa is a Brazilian style pizza with our classic sourdough tomato sauce base, mozzarella, ham, red onion, eggs, peas, olives, bacon, oregano and garlic olive oil!

The Porgutuesa pairs beautifully with our Lemon Verbena & Blueberry Icecream. Just saying 😉

We're open until 9pm.

24 years ago Mauricio's love affair with pizza began in the backyard of his sharehouse in Brazil. He was a fourth year biology student with a love of cooking and an entrepreneurial sprit.

What a journey to now - five children, two pizza shops and an unstoppable energy!

🍧Lemon verbena & blueberry gelato🍧

This week we made a fresh batch of this gorgeous variety, just in time for spring. Our vanilla bean gelato base, infused with fresh lemon verbena and ripples of real blueberries. We love the sweetly soft hint of citrus that mingles with the juicy berry flavour. Available in 500ml tubs from our Willagee and Clarkson stores and by the scoop at Willagee only (or delivered straight to your door via Uber Eats and DoorDash) .

Best enjoyed after devouring one of our slow fermented, sourdough pizzas 😉

🍕Straight to your door 🍕

There's something extra delicious about eating a pizza on your couch, in the comfort of your pyjamas and the only thing you had to do to make it happen was place an order for it on your phone (and maybe answer the door when it arrives).

Our pizzas arrive straight to your door via DoorDash and Uber Eats. Perfect convenience for those wild wintry days, like we have coming this week.

You know him as the fun guy (🥁🤪). Featuring a garlic sourdough base, Fior Di latte, mushrooms, crunchy walnuts, blue cheese and fresh parsley.

Fun Gus is here for a good time AND a long time, as a popular staple on our menu and pairs beautifully with a nice glass of 🍷

🍕Once upon a time 🍕

there was a pizza named Cinderella.

She was humble, crafted from simple ingredients into something magical - a garlic sourdough base, roast pumpkin, cacciatore, mozzarella, feta and red onion, drizzled with housemade pesto.

Though simple, she captivated the adoration of many and rose above her humble beginnings to become a popular staple of the Slowdough Pizzas menu.

Cinderella is available before midnight at our Clarkson and Willagee stores (5-9pm to be precise).

Our Little Scoops icecream flavours are delicious when tasted together.

Summer passionfruit combines beautifully with our dark chocolate and marmalade, brown sugar hazelnut or triple chocolate fudge varieties.

🍕Basic B 🍕

You know her, she's touted as predictable and unoriginal and she's often given a bad rap, but still you can't keep away from her because with a sourdough crust, tomato base, mozzarella, free range leg ham and pineapple she keeps showing you that she's all that and then some. Plus she's great with kids.

Basic B is available from our Willagee and Clarkson stores for dine in and takeaway and home delivery via Uber Eats and Door Dash.
