There’s nothing quite like a Mad Sicilian 😡 he’s hot, he’s fiery and hard to forget.
Mad Sicilian features a sourdough tomato base, mushrooms, mozzarella, ham, cacciatore, jalapeños and blue cheese. You can also enjoy him on our gluten free sourdough base.
Balance his fiery tones with one of our latest ice cream varieties:

When we say we make everything from scratch, we aren't kidding.
Mauricio removed the pips from over 1kg of fresh calamansi limes by hand to create a delicious zesty jam, which he used as the inspiration for this new vegan and gluten free ice cream flavour.
It's the citrus zest combined with a rich coconut base, grounded by a sweet almond praline that gives this variety summer cocktail vibes.
If you wanted to pair it with a pizza for a perfect night in, try our vegan Plant Powered pizza on a gf base. Or if you're feeling daring, go the opposite and choose a meat loving Cave Man to start with.
Whichever way you go, calamansi lime, coconut and almond brittle launches TONIGHT at our Willagee and Clarkson stores.

Our gluten free sourdough pizza base has its own sourdough starter and is milled by Sophie by hand from scratch.
She mixes five different GF flours - sorghum, brown and white rice, tapioca, psyllium - with olive oil and water to create our unique gluten free sourdough pizza base.
We also pre-prepare our gluten free bases in the kitchen separately from our gluten based pizza dough to minimise any cross contamination.
Add the gluten free base to any of our pizza varieties and Clarkson and Willagee.

Believe it or not, chief ice cream maker Sophie doesn’t actually like ice cream!
How she resists the delicious flavours she creates is beyond us, but luckily Mauricio makes up for it and some weeks has been known to devour 2-3 tubs of our Little Scoops ice cream!
It’s all about balance really, isn’t it?

Some of our biggest compliments come from people just like us, when we're at a playground with our kids and they tell us they love our food for how it makes them feel.

We've created a limited edition purple ice cream flavour just in time for tomorrow's history making AFL grand final.

Writing about her ingredients makes our mouths water. Named after our OG store in Clarkson, she features mozzarella, caramelised figs, blue cheese, prosciutto crudo, pine nuts and parsley.
She'll make you forget that tomorrow is Monday with toppings that would put the finest antipasti platter to shame.
