Hi everyone we are slowly trying out new dishes and maybe introduce them as weekly specials. Hopefully we have time to prepare more dishes and share them with our customers. All the dishes are prepared in house with fresh and local ingredients.
This week we have Vietnamese Beef Stew. Three cuts of beef (brisket, beef shin and beef intercostals/rib fingers), stewed for more than 10 hours with herbs, spices and carrots. You can have this stew with our toasted banh mi or rice noodles.

Dear valued customers, we will be closed from 2nd-5th April for the Easter break. We will reopen on the 9th of April as per usual trading hours.
We hope everyone enjoys the Easter break, and be safe.
With everything that's been happening with the world economy and fuel prices, we will try our hardest not to adjust the prices on our menu.
Our suppliers have forwarded the fuel levy to us but we will not be passing it on to our customers.
We don't know how long this will last but we will try and hold on for as long as we can.
We appreciate everyone of you who come to dine with us and we are just doing our part to show our appreciation.

Hello everyone, Delish Pho&BMT will be closed for the Xmas and New Year break. We will close on the 22nd December 2025 and reopen on the 8th January 2026.

In our village, home town, it's great to see our traditions and heritage still surviving. They still use traditional cooking methods here. Been passed down from generation to generation. This is a Vietnam cooktop 😆. Traditional wood fire cook top.
