Following the incredible response to our last Lotus Loves Vegan Dining, we’re returning for a special spring edition this November - celebrating the freshest produce of the season, plant-based flavours and, this time, we’re serving across both lunch and dinner service!
Led by Head Chef Napat and his team, expect humble new-season ingredients transformed through sophisticated cooking techniques, with the aromatic Asian flavours Lotus is known for.
The menu follows our signature Feed Me format; a chef’s choice progression of small, medium and large plates, before finishing on a sweet note with dessert.

MELBOURNE CUP AT LOTUS 🪷🏇
Celebrate Melbourne Cup with an indulgent afternoon at Lotus, as we return for our fifth year of Spring Carnival festivities.
Gather around our long tables for an all-inclusive dining experience featuring a four-course shared menu of Southeast Asian cuisine, paired with four hours of free-flowing Chandon and a premium beverage selection.
Festivities run from 11am - 3pm, with the race screened live at noon on big screens throughout the restaurant and across the precinct. And, once lunch wraps up, the celebrations continue throughout The Beaufort from 3pm until late.

We’re open all long weekend, including Monday 🪷
