Meet Seb - Head of Kitchen 👋

One of the familiar faces behind your favourite sandos, Seb has been in hospo since he was 15, working in local cafes around Bunbury before joining us last year.

For Seb, it’s the people at Obi that make it such a great place to work - a hardworking team, plenty of laughs, and friendships that have turned into lifelong connections.

And when it comes to coffee: long mac, topped up. Classic ☕️

We’re lucky to have him around us every day!

What people say

Obi Coffee, located on Hay Street in Perth, is a coffee shop that prides itself on offering unique and exotic coffee blends. One such blend is the Colombian coffee produced by Wilton Benitez, who uses experimental fermentation processing techniques to create a sought-after fruit-driven coffee. This specific lot was washed in ozonated water, sterilised with ultraviolet light, pulped then fermented with yeast for 96 hours. It was then dried for 46 hours before being matured for 15 days in airtight bags. The result is a truly exceptional cup of coffee that is available in-store now.

In addition to their exceptional coffee offerings, Obi Coffee also serves up delicious food options like mixed meat sandwiches with mortadella, salami, coppa, swiss cheese, rocket and tomato chutney - perfect for a quick lunch or snack. And if you're looking to brew your own coffee at home, they have an impressive selection of beans available for purchase.

But what really sets Obi Coffee apart from other cafes is their commitment to their customers and community. They recognize the importance of their Obi family and are grateful for their support in creating something special. So if you're looking for a unique and delicious cup of coffee or a tasty bite to eat in Perth's Hay Street area, be sure to check out Obi Coffee - you won't be disappointed!
