FML 😂😂 truck can’t be operated - until we fix this - our apologies .

Was awesome to have two days off - today back at Crimea from 4pm till 9pm .
1st picture - Steve from oven door bakery who has given some free fresh buns to give away - available from truck today
2nd picture - Feed it forward - who collects 30 plus meals from us every week every Monday - we don’t post about this too often simply because we feel shy to boast .. but time to time we want to remind that - every week we give 50 free meals to local charities and those that come to our shop or truck to ask for help . Soon we will be touching the threshold of donating $500000 dollar worth of food , cash to local community - we have been doing this from 2019 ..
3rd picture - A gentleman has donated some $$ to our cause and we simply wanted to say thank you by giving him a public shout - fun fact - in last three months him and only another human donated 😂

Today from truck -
👉 4x burger plus chips - $24
👉 beef curry or chicken curry and rice $20
👉 loaded spud (three types of tatoes) $24
👉 bao bun with brisket $18 3pc
👉 cheesy brisket roti - $8 per pc
As of today - for the next 4 weeks - our truck may stay close without prior notice - during this time we have not booked much event and few that we have booked - we may cancel them too.
Reason - bun from the oven can come out anytime … 😁
So always check the socials before heading towards truck . For example - we can make post that truck will be at Crimea tomorrow but then it can get cancelled without notice if we have to run to hospital .

New menu addition - Simo’s Spud
(White spud , sweet potato, purple potato, all smashed together, choice of toppings, 7 cheese sauce, confit garlic ghee , bbq, bnc Mayo, witches bite, fried shallot , crispy finger food, then cheese again)
Egg is optional .

VENDORS AND EVENT ORGANISERS - share and be careful.
Firstly - i am open at Crimea park, Morley now till 8pm.. Today .
as per my knowledge so far across Australia- 53 vendors has lost their money - ( the pictures are published with the permission of original owners )
FOOD Vendors are the new target -
How to avoid -
1. Look at email adress , and then check which company they are impersonating .
2. Then call that company by finding their number , or if you are bit nerdy like us - then email adress alone shall tell if it’s a scam or not . Most organisers don’t send email from Gmail or Hotmail etc ,
3. Ask for their bank details and such - and then contact your bank - and most times bank already flags -
4. While you dealing with them - add federal police and crime watch department to it
5. If you want to Make them pay - then simply go hire an ethical hire - they are pretty cheap and for them the details - and most time scammers will loose everything they own.. i have zero empathy for scammers … (thats how i punished the scammer tried to scam us)
How to find ethical hackers or how to get connected with them - i can not tell you online - but come visit me in my truck without any electronic device on your body - or visibly show that it’s in non-record mode - i will guide you …
Law can’t do much - it is compromised - it is filled with emotional loopholes and law indirectly rewards the Criminals (plenty of examples i can give )
So sometimes - use poison against poison -
Diamond against diamond
Snake against snake (because some snake eats other poisonous snakes)
It is very sad that during this time vendors has lost thousands. Most vendors are not rich at all. They all lower middle class or middle class .
But at the end - you have to be smart - because responsibilities starts from you. So you are to blame if you get scam … educate yourself .
Forgiveness without a justified ethical consequence is a sin .

If you are coming by public transport, take the train and get off at the Progress Street Station. From there, walk south on Progress Street until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue walking for about 100 meters until you see the fast food restaurant on your right. If you prefer to drive, there is a parking lot located just behind the fast food restaurant.
For the burger restaurant, take bus number 45 and get off at the Progress Street and Elm Drive stop. From there, walk east on Elm Drive for about 200 meters until you reach Progress Street. Turn right onto Progress Street and continue walking for another 200 meters until you see the burger restaurant on your left-hand side. There is street parking available near the restaurant.
For the Australian restaurant, take bus number 32 and get off at the intersection of Progress Street and Oak Avenue. Walk north along Oak Avenue for about 300 meters until you reach Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue walking for another 150 meters until you see the restaurant on your right-hand side. The nearest parking lot is located a few blocks away from Main Street, but there should be ample street parking in that vicinity.
