Kate’s Kitchen all meals delivered fresh, variety to choose from each week. This weeks menu includes:
Cumin Lamb Noodles - Thin slices of lamb stir-fried with garlic, ginger, cumin, Sichuan pepper and chilli oil, served with fragrant jasmine rice and a crunchy sesame cucumber salad.
Calabrian Meatballs - Pork and beef meatballs simmered in a rich tomato and basil sauce, served with creamy mashed potato and garlic sautéed spinach.
Chicken Katsu - Golden panko-crumbed chicken breast served with jasmine rice, Asian cabbage slaw and house-made katsu sauce.
Balsamic Chicken with Burst Tomatoes - Boneless chicken Marylands cooked with garlic and sweet roasted cherry tomatoes, served with rice and roasted broccoli.
Pasta Alla Norma with Crispy Halloumi - Sicilian-style pasta tossed with roasted eggplant in a rich tomato and oregano sauce, topped with grilled halloumi (V).
Grandma’s Mushroom Soup - A rich and hearty mushroom soup with pearl barley, carrots and parsley, finished with sour cream and served with homemade bread rolls (V).
Cottage Pie – A classic dish of lean beef mince and veggies, topped with creamy mash and finished with cheese.
Classic Tiramisu - Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream finished with a dusting of cocoa.
