Ok here we go..good bye for now friends! Farewell for now, from Ethos Deli 👋
Ethos, our unique little venue on George Street, has officially closed its doors. It’s been a place of good times, great food, and countless memories, and we’re so grateful for the journey.
That said, exciting prospects still lie ahead just not at 88 Grorge. Ethos charcuterie is still available wholesale and this isn’t the end at all!! - keep an eye out for future pop-ups and events, maybe even a new home down the track.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to our loyal customers over the years—it’s been a pleasure to serve you, and your support has meant the world. A special thank you to our wonderful staff especially Megan and Emma, who are absolute legends!!! Your dedication is truly appreciated, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Big things are coming at 48 George! .george We’ll still be hanging out at the bottom of the street at Young George, so if you miss our faces and come say hi.
This isn't good bye just a thank you and see you soon 💕
Much love,
Susan & Meliss

For those of you that have visited George Street this week you'll know there's been a significant disruption to businesses with footpath upgrades. This has kept us closed for two days but we are back for the weekend!! When left without a pavement you gotta be inventive right? We are rolling out the astroturf to provide you with an alfresco until works are done. So grab the doggo and see you on the weekend for a coffee, snack, breakfast or lunch.

Our bodega chopped cheese! What is it? The chopped cheese sando was first introduced in NYC in small grocery stores known as bodegas - it’s basically a deconstructed hamburger in a roll 🤤The chopped part refers to the hamburger meat being finely chopped on the grill before the addition of cheese and other toppings - in our case delicious pickles peppers. Grab it all weekend long dine in or takeaway
