If you are coming by public transport, take a train to the Perth Railway Station, then head towards the Wellington Street Bus Station. From there, take Bus Route 40 or 55 towards Mount Lawley and get off at the Beaufort Street Terrace stop. Walk eastward along the terrace until you reach Point Street. Alternatively, take any of several bus routes heading to Beaufort Street which is two blocks from Little French Nest.
If you prefer driving your own vehicle, navigate towards the intersection of Brisbane street and Walcott street. Drive south on Brisbane street and turn left onto Stirling street. At the second roundabout, turn right onto Harold Street then left at Beaufort street after which you will turn right at Chelmsford road followed by another right turn when on to Point Street (there is on-street parking available near Little French Nest).
