A simple formula: mostly crowd pleasers, one premium hero, a couple of sorbets and at least one Vegan.
7 flavours: Vanilla, Chocolate, Cookies, Pistacchio Sicily, Strawberry, Mango, Coconut Pandan.
10 flavours: add Salted Caramel, Donatella and a rotating monthly flavour.
One of each 7 flavours comes to $261+GST, about $1.24 a scoop at 30 scoops per tub. At 10 flavours, it’s $381+GST, about $1.27 a scoop.

How much does a scoop of our strawberry sorbet actually cost you? 🍓
Our handmade strawberry sorbet is $32.50+GST per 5L tub. That’s around 30 scoops at about $1.08 each. Sell at $6 and one tub brings in roughly $180.
