YOU WOULDN’T STEAL A CAR.
You wouldn’t steal a handbag.
You wouldn’t steal a television.
So why would you steal an ice cream?
Our lovely customers have brought it to our attention that we have a repeat ice cream offender.
The evidence is conclusive:
Wrapped ice cream.
On a stick.
Taken without paying.
And then, somehow… again. Another day same routine.
We won’t be naming or posting anyone, we assume they are under 18 but they are old enough to know better.
But we would like to gently remind our resident ice cream enthusiasts;
ICE CREAM THEFT. IT’S A CRIME.
Please pay for your ice cream.
It’s considerably easier.
Cleo’s appreciates our lovely customers keeping an eye out. 🍦
It has been reported as it is deliberate, repeat behavior and we can assume other businesses in our area will be at risk.

To get to the restaurant at The Esplanade in Perth, there are a few options for public transport. You can take the train to Perth Station and then walk towards Elizabeth Quay Bus Station. From there, take bus number 40 or 940 and get off at The Esplanade before William Street. Alternatively, you can take a bus (number 111,12 or 13) from St Georges Terrace and get off at The Esplanade near William Street.
If you prefer to drive, the closest car park is Wilson Parking on The Esplanade with entry via Mounts Bay Road. There are also several other parking options nearby along Mounts Bay Road.
Once you arrive at your destination, the restaurant should be within walking distance on The Esplanade.
