Meet the Team: Kyle Allison
Our staff interrogation series continues at the very top of the food chain. Meet Kyle Allison, our Executive Fat Boyz Chef. Kyle actually made the finals of the AHA Steak Sandwich Awards in 2025, a fact he will casually slip into any conversation you have with him within the first three minutes. Let us see what fuels the man running the show.
* **Favorite Food:**
Burgers (yes, really). We are not sure if this is a sign of ultimate dedication to his craft or if he has just developed a severe case of culinary Stockholm syndrome.
* **Favorite Drink:**
Coffee. Because sleep is for the weak, and running a kitchen of this magnitude requires a resting heart rate of at least 150 beats per minute.
* **Favorite Music:**
60s, 70s, and 80s. He aggressively refuses to acknowledge any sound produced after 1989. Do not even try to request a song from this century.
* **Favorite Movie:**
Wedding Crashers. He treats every busy shift like it is wedding season, minus the free champagne and plus a lot more shouting.
* **Favorite TV Show:**
Game of Thrones. He relates deeply to the themes of chaotic power struggles, fire, and unrelenting bloodshed. To Kyle, the Red Wedding was just a metaphor for a Friday night dinner rush.
* **Favorite Footy Team:**
All Blacks. We asked for a footy team, and he gave us a New Zealand rugby union squad. As an Executive Chef, he clearly believes the rules of the questionnaire do not apply to him. We will let it slide, but only because he holds the knives.
* **Favorite Fat Boyz Burger:**
The Royale with extra pickles, and a side of buffalo sauce for his chips. A highly specific, highly acidic, and aggressively spicy combination. It perfectly matches his kitchen demeanor.
Next time you see Kyle, be sure to congratulate him on his 2025 Steak Sandwich glory. Just do not try to talk to him about the AFL.

Meet the Team: Jasper Hatton
Welcome back to our ongoing staff interrogations. This week, we are shining the spotlight on Jasper Hatton, one of our Front of House experts. We asked him the hard-hitting questions, and his answers explain a lot.
Favorite Food:
Potato bake, Mac and cheese, or pasta bake. If it is beige, loaded with carbohydrates, and baked in a single dish, Jasper is all over it. The man is a true connoisseur of the casserole.
Favorite Drink:
Rokeby protein, Dutch chocolate. Because carrying three plates to a table at once requires peak physical conditioning. He is less of a waiter and more of a tactical carb-loading athlete.
Favorite Music:
Sam Fender, specifically "Will We Talk?". We assume this is also his exact internal monologue while hovering near your table, waiting for you to finish chewing so he can ask how the food is.
Favorite Movie:
Project Hail Mary. A sci-fi story about surviving against impossible odds in a highly stressful environment. Coincidentally, this is exactly how he describes a Saturday night dinner rush.
Favorite TV Show:
How I Met Your Mother. He has watched the entire series 11 times over. This is no longer a hobby, it is a clinical obsession. Please do not ask him for a quote, or he will never leave your table.
Favorite Footy Team:
Hawthorn. We try not to hold this against him, but nobody is perfect.
Favorite Fat Boyz Burger:
Chicken burger, but swapped with hot honey sauce instead of buffalo. An unauthorized, highly controversial menu hack.
Best Friend:
You, when you leave him a big fat old tip. At least he is honest. His friendship is entirely transactional, and the going rate is clearly displayed on the EFTPOS machine.
Next time you see Jasper carrying a tray of drinks, tip him well, or he will have to go back to talking to his protein shake.

Meet the Team: Sheldon Nazareth
Prepare yourselves. We are pulling back the kitchen doors to introduce the culinary mastermind of Fat Boyz Bicton. Meet our Head Chef, Sheldon Nazareth. We forced him to answer a highly intrusive questionnaire so you can get to know the man behind the menu. Feel free to judge him accordingly.
Favorite Food:
Pizza and Italian. A truly shocking revelation from a chef. We were expecting him to say something obscure like activated charcoal or unseasoned boiled chicken, but the man sticks to the classics.
Favorite Drink:
Beer. Groundbreaking. We are dealing with a true pioneer of the beverage arts here.
Favorite Music:
70s to 90s. If you hear someone aggressively belting out ABBA or Nirvana from the back, do not panic. It just means your meal is being prepared with historical passion.
Favorite Movie:
Superhero movies. He firmly believes that wearing an apron is the kitchen equivalent of wearing a cape. We let him maintain this delusion because it keeps morale high.
Favorite TV Show:
One Piece. Because who does not want to take professional inspiration from animated pirates who have been looking for the exact same treasure for over a thousand episodes?
Favorite Footy Team:
Fremantle Dockers. This perfectly explains his incredible tolerance for high pressure environments, crushing disappointment, and blind, unwavering hope.
Best Friend:
Kumiko Namba (his wife). We are absolutely certain she was standing directly behind him when he filled out this form. Blink twice if you need a rescue, Sheldon.
Next time you are at Fat Boyz Bicton, make sure to raise a glass to Sheldon. Just do not ask him about the Dockers if you want your food to arrive on time.
