Inspired by the comforting flavours of winter, this delightful creation features a spiced apple pie base, topped with a silky caramel mousse dome hiding a delicious apple mousse centre, finished with a glossy green apple glaze and coated in a crunchy apple crumble edge.

To get to the coffee shop on South Terrace in Fremantle via public transport, you can take the train or bus and get off at Fremantle Station. From there, head south on Market Street until you reach the intersection with South Terrace. The coffee shop should be on your left.
If you are driving, you can park your car at one of the parking lots nearby, such as the Wilson Parking lot on Marine Terrace or the Queensgate Car Park on Henderson Street. From there, walk west towards Market Street and turn right onto South Terrace. The coffee shop should be on your left.
