Continuously operated by the fourth generation, this establishment maintains a strong commitment to providing customers with the freshest seafood available. Each day, they source the best of the overnight catch, which is sold fresh at their Fish Market and Café located on Oxford Street in Leederville. The legacy began when George Palassis Kailis arrived in Western Australia from Kastellorizo, Greece, in 1914. After starting as a fish seller in Perth and eventually taking over a fish shop in 1936, he laid the foundation for what would become an iconic seafood destination.
