While closed on certain occasions such as holidays and commemorative events, Timeout Cafe offers a cozy atmosphere and festive drinks during sports games.

To reach the café located on Bibra Drive, Perth, there are a few options available:
Public transport:
- Take a bus to the nearest bus stop located on Bibra Drive or Progress Drive and walk down to the café which is within walking distance.
- Board the train and get off at Leeming Station and from there take a cab or bus to reach Bibra Drive.
Driving/Parking:
- If coming from North or South Perth, take Kwinana Freeway and exit onto Berrigan Drive. From there turn right onto Progress Drive and turn left onto Bibra Drive.
- If coming from East Perth, take Roe Freeway and exit onto Kwinana Freeway. Exit onto Berrigan drive, then turn right onto Progress drive and left onto Bibra drive.
- The café does have its own parking lot where visitors can park their vehicles.
