You've heard the saying, "Good things take time", and that is absolutely the case with our mouthwatering 8-hour Braised Beef Cheek.
The beef cheek is slow braised until it is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and served on a bed of Swiss brown mushroom risotto. Topped off with crispy kale and a rich jus, this is a dish not to be missed!

The Great Eastern Highway is located in Perth and can be accessed via several means of transportation. If you are travelling by public transport, take the train to Burswood Station, which is the nearest station to the highway. From there, walk towards the Great Eastern Highway and turn right. The bar & grill is a short walk from there.
If you choose to drive, you can access the highway from various routes depending on your location. If coming from the north of Perth, take Kwinana Freeway southbound and merge onto Graham Farmer Freeway heading east. Exit at Orrong Road and turn right onto Great Eastern Highway. You will see signs directing you to the bar & grill.
If coming from downtown Perth, head east along Wellington Street and turn right onto Plain Street. Continue straight until you reach Adelaide Terrace and turn left. Take a right onto Hill Street then left onto Hay Street, which leads to Great Eastern Highway where you will find parking spots available along the side road close to the bar & grill or at nearby shopping centers if necessary.
