To get to City Farm Place in Perth, there are several options.
Public Transport:
Take bus number 15, which stops right outside the entrance to City Farm. Alternatively, take the train to West Leederville Station and then catch a 10-minute bus ride on the number 15 bus.
Driving/Parking:
If driving, head towards East Perth along Riverside Drive. Turn onto Plain Street and follow it until the end. Turn left onto Royal Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Brunswick Street. Turn right onto Brunswick Street and then turn right again onto City Farm Place.
Street parking is available on City Farm Place and surrounding streets, but be sure to check for parking restrictions and fees before leaving your vehicle.
