For those using public transport, both the Asian and Turkish restaurants can be easily accessed via bus. Simply take any bus that stops at Victoria Park Transfer Station on Albany Highway, then it's just a short walk to the restaurant.
For those driving, there are plenty of parking options available on Albany Highway. If you're coming from Perth city center, head south on Albany Highway and look out for a suitable parking spot near Victoria Park. Alternatively, if you're coming from the opposite direction, head north on Albany Highway and park near the restaurants.
