If you are traveling by public transport, you can take the bus or train to Perth station and then transfer to the Blue Cat bus which stops at North Beach Road. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or ride-sharing service directly to North Beach Road.
If you plan on driving, from the city center of Perth head west towards the coast on either Stirling Highway or West Coast Highway. Take the exit for Scarborough Beach Road and turn right onto North Beach Road. There is free street parking available in the area.
