Food Remedy began with a simple idea πΏ
That food can hold people.
That a beautiful meal can bring people together.
And that nourishment can feel grounding, generous and deeply memorable.
Around retreat tables, something shiftsβ¦
people arrive, settle in, connect and soften.
Meals become more than food. They become part of the experience.
This is what we love creating
Wholefoods made with intention, shared in beautiful spaces, and designed to nourish from the inside out β¨π€
Meals created by a Clinical Nutritionist, who knows food on a plate is more than just a mealβ¦ itβs memories in the making β¨

Tayla is driven, motivated, passionate, professional and super friendly, and after just one appointment we were already discussing her next big move, and I felt drawn to see if we could collaborate.

Another pinch me moment!!! Food Remedy has been nominated a Finalist in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards 2026 π
I fly to Sydney in May to step onto the red carpet and attend these awards, the only West Australian business amongst 7 other incredible Australian Catering companies π¦πΊ
When I started Food Remedy 8 years ago, I had no idea where this path would take me. What started as saying yes to my friendβs retreat in Karratha, has now taken me to cater retreats across Australia, festivals across the world and contracts with multi million dollar wellness venues to share our food and message to those on the path to heal π§ββοΈ
Thanking everyone who has supported my dream and who continue to trust me to nourish their guests and communities across the world π
Now the biggest task of all⦠which dress shall I wear?!!

All our meals are crafted by the Food Remedy family, led by Beth Katherine, a clinical nutritionist, who has been catering retreats, festivals and wellness events for over a decade.
Each dish is thoughtfully designed with purpose and devotion, balancing flavour, nourishment and digestibility, so you arrive into the festival space feeling supported, energised and well held.
From the quality of the ingredients we source, to the way meals are prepared, plated and shared, every detail is considered with care and intention.
This is food that fuels long days, grounds busy nervous systems and supports connection.
Food that helps you settle into your body, open your heart and fully meet the experience ahead.
At Food Remedy, nourishment is not an afterthought. It is a foundational part of the festival journey, offered in service to your energy, your wellbeing and the collective space we create together.

Food Remedy is now globally supporting like minded, conscious festivals, who deeply believe in nourishing their festival attendees.
The face of festivals are morphing into a collective consciousness, adopting no alcohol policies, leave no trace ethos and kindness over chaos.
At the heart of any small or large scale gathering, is the kitchen. A place where community meets, where the land is honoured, and where nourishment becomes ceremony.
It is here that food holds people, grounds the space, and supports the unfolding of sacred moments.
Food Remedy is devoted to wholeheartedly nourishing your body, with the intention of helping settle your mind and the reminder to tend to the soul.
We are honoured to support gatherings where nourishment, care and connection truly matter.

Introducing my feathered friends Sunrise, Sunset, Hey Hey, Snowball, Shadow, Donald & Delilah and Cookie π π¦
Time living on the land has been slow, grounding and ever so calming for my nervous system, which makes me wonder how much of our symptoms are based on biology and how much is coming from a misalignment in body, mind and soul β¨

All last year I popped these little moments of time on my stories and barely posted at all.
I kept feeling my images were too basic, my content was so rusty and it didnβt fit perfectly on my grid.
This year Iβm going to surrender to all the fear around showing up and see where this leads.
Imperfect, messy and raw⦠who else is here for it!

πΎ Oats & Gluten β Hereβs the Scoop!
Oats themselves donβt naturally contain gluten butβ¦ theyβre often processed in the same factories as wheat, rye, or barley. This means they can easily become contaminated with gluten, making them unsafe for those with coeliac disease.
Always look for certified gluten-free oats if youβre sensitiveβ¦ your gut will thank you π

Itβs absolutely no secret that I LOVE chocolate!! It is my comfort food, my warm hug, my therapy, my smile from the inside out βΊοΈββββββββ
ββββββββ
For years I would quite happily devour a whole block of Cadburys dairy milk chocolate in one sitting, in the days leading into my bleed π©Έ It was my ritual, and I always told myself I deserved it, as being an 80/20 kinda gal, this was my 20! I ate so well 80% of the time, so why should I feel guilty about this deliciousness entering my body once a monthββββββββ
ββββββββ
I then went on a personal journey and deep dive into how sugar affects the bodyββββββββ
ββββββββ
How your taste buds adjust to the more sugar you eat, therefore naturally sweet foods like fruit or yoghurt, start to taste bland, and you desire more sugar to satisfy the craving π ββββββββ
ββββββββ
How my chronic period pain and psoriasis were being triggered and flared by this high sugar hit, as sugar increases the release of pro- inflammatory cytokines, intensifying pain and swelling ββββββββ
ββββββββ
How the excess sugar I was consuming was feeding harmful gut bacteria and yeast, contributing to the ongoing recurrence of my candida symptoms π¦ ββββββββ
ββββββββ
So nowadays itβs dark chocolate for me, and instead of consuming a whole block, itβs a square or two, a couple of times per week, and my deliciously rich morning cacao with no added sugar π« ββββββββ
ββββββββ
This ritual has decreased my muscle and period cramping, gives me a sense of calm and clarity and feeds my gut with good bacteria ββββββββ

Sometimes life just happens, and youβre so immersed in the happening of it, that nothing else seems to matter.
What an honour to take home silver in the Food and Beverage Category at this years National awards, held in Melbourne.
Food Remedy is a vision that continues to evolve through my dreams and the grandest of opportunities which continue to drift my way, at the most divine timing.
Birthing Food Remedy was through letting go of my past maiden self, and aligning more with the mother who wished to create a business where I could share my message, nourish womenβs bodies and simultaneously mentor to my children that business isnβt linear, and it doesnβt have to fit in a box.
This award is to celebrate simply that π₯

Have you found yourself spiralling in food confusion lately?
You are not alone in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or even fearful when it comes to food.
So many women I work with have lost the joy of eating. Itβs become a cycle of overthinking, restriction, and guilt.
It doesnβt have to be this way.
My mission is to guide you back to your body
To rebuild trust, nourish with confidence, and bring back pleasure, ease, and creativity to the way you eat.
If these slides resonated, Iβd love for you to follow along for more compassionate guidance.
Please send me a message if youβd like to work together. I have limited one-on-one consults available in September.
Letβs soften the noise and come home to the wisdom within.
