Before Finca Guayabina became a serious specialty coffee project, it was after-hours work. Roy Hernández and his wife, Dariela Mancía, built it gradually from two small inherited plots in western Honduras. Step by step, they have reinvested in the farm, planting new varieties and pushing quality higher each year.
Roasted for espresso and filter, there are endless ways to enjoy this clean anaerobic lot. A safe bet for the single origin curious.

Easy to drink day in and day out, this is a filter coffee you’ll want to brew in quantity.
We found it sweet and refreshing in equal measure, with cola, fresh apple and cooked blueberry in the cup. Grown at 1250 meters above sea level, you’ll find plenty of clarity behind the sweetness.

Sweet with a creamy mouthfeel, Anthony Vasquez’s micro-lot brings together strawberry, milk chocolate and crème caramel. It had us thinking about strawberry wafer biscuits right away.
Roasted for espresso and filter, it works well both ways. It complements milk-based coffees, while black coffees let the strawberry notes shine.

At the heart of our Mother's Day blend is Cyarumbo Women’s Coffee from Rwanda’s Huye District, produced by 97 independent female growers. To balance its fruitiness, we paired it with a sweet Brazil Cerrado for a cup that’s second to none – just like mum.
Smooth, sweet, thoughtful. Sound familiar?
