To get to the location on Beeliar Drive, you can take the public transport and get off at the bus stop located near intersection of Beeliar Drive and North Lake Road. From there, head south along Beeliar Drive until you reach your destination.
Alternatively, if you are driving, take the Kwinana Freeway heading south and exit onto Berrigan Drive. Turn left onto North Lake Road and then left again onto Beeliar Drive. You can park in the nearby parking lot or along the street.
