A big thank you to all the amazing dads, families and friends who celebrated Father’s Day with us at Stanley.

It was wonderful to see the café so full of good food, great coffee, conversations and family moments throughout the day. We loved being part of your celebrations and hope every Dad enjoyed a well-deserved treat and including a drink on us.

Thank you as well to everyone who joined our Father’s Day Lucky Draw and helped make the week even more special.

Meet One Note, the first in our Wall Series.

Look up from the bar and you will find her, the singer with flowers in her hair, drawn from one of the paintings on our walls, a street in Hong Kong Central. Uma Nota means one note in Portuguese, and that is the whole idea of this drink. One clear, joyful note, held wide open.

Rum, passionfruit and fresh lime over crushed ice. Tropical and bright, finished with a single flower.
