A Tuscan tavolata at Threecoins.
Join us for a relaxed, shared-table dinner with Federico Carletti from Azienda Agricola Poliziano, one of Montepulciano’s most respected producers. Hosted by the winemaker himself, this is not a formal tasting but a convivial feast where bottles are poured in waves and plates are passed across the table.
We will explore Rosso di Montepulciano, Chianti and Vino Nobile while discovering how Sangiovese speaks through place, vintage and philosophy.
No strict pairings. Just great wine, Tuscan food, and stories shared between bites.

We are incredibly proud to have retained our two stars at the Awards last night, a huge achievement made possible by a team that shows up every day with commitment, passion, and relentless hard work.
A special congratulations to our sister venue .bar for taking home Best Casual Restaurant of the Year. Seeing both venues recognised on the same night made it truly unforgettable for our little family.
Today, it’s back to what we love most. We can’t wait to welcome you in and serve you again.

Another year comes to a close, and we couldn’t be more thakful for the people around our tables.
Thank you to our guests, our friends who walk in and feel like family, and to everyone who continues to support a small family-run restaurant built on love for food and hospitality. We’re grateful for the people who make this place what it is.
While we rest and recharge for an other couple of days, we’ll be back on Friday the 2nd for the start of an exciting new year.

Dear friends, family and everyone in between,
We’ll be taking a small break over Christmas and New Year to enjoy some time with the people we love, recharge our batteries and come back into the new year happier and more relaxed.
And before that, we’ll have a special opening on Sunday the 21st, so you can gather your family and friends and join us for a celebratory Sunday dinner.

We are trading lists, trading vibes and pouring each other’s favourites. Italian wines take over an Aussie list, Aussie wines crash the Italian lineup, and both kitchens cook a dish inspired by the other crew.
