Omicron appears to be here to stay guys so I just want to send a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us and our little business over the years! Your continued love and gratefulness for what we do makes everyday a joy to craft your coffee for you, and we want to keep it going despite the recent outbreak. From Monday as per the new Government Requirement - if you’d like to dine in, read the paper, enjoy your brew and chill with us, you’ll just have to show your Proof of Vaccination to us first. If you’re chasing a takeaway, it’s life as usual (masks on, socially distance, or wait outside). We’ve been through lots together, thank you everyone for bringing and wearing masks or accepting one of ours, it’s your kindness towards us and our community that is something that we are most grateful for and gives us strength to keep going. Thank you again 💗

We are seeking a Full Time Head Barista at our busy inner-city cafe in Subiaco. Staff Parking is secured and complimentary. Enjoy your weekends off. Must have a minimum of FIVE years experience leading a team in a busy, popular venue - if you have a management background and your barista skills need developing, I am more than happy to invest the time to teach and enhance your ability to produce consistently beautiful tasting coffee to compliment your contribution to operating the venue.
Louis Baxters is a popular venue opposite the Subiaco Train Station. Mornings are busy, our customers are a tight knit community of professionals and locals and they are extremely loyal to us. We push 40kg between Monday to Friday with just two staff on per shift. It's a wonderful space where you can become a part of the community here at Louis. We are a cashless venue, we pride ourselves on offering fast service but also with great attention to detail in pouring and perfecting coffee to our guests. We bake food onsite in the mornings such as Muffins and Slices, however the focus and skill is always on coffee. You must be well spoken, clean, organised and have experience maintaining inventory, ordering, troubleshooting the machines, opening and closing down venues all while putting our guests first and engaging with them in a social, friendly and a genuinely welcoming way. We're proud of what we do and we'd love you to come and join us. If you have experience in management and your talent for coffee needs attention, I am always happy to teach and develop the right person, with the right attitude and ability to grow. Opportunities for growth and further responsibility will be available to the right individual.
