We work closely with Grand Central Coffee to select coffees, develop roasts and recipes that work to maximise sweetness and richness of flavour - delivering a cup that will make you undoubtedly reach for another!

The word’s out… Standing Room Only 2 now open at 100 St George’s Terrace ✨☕️
Thank you to everyone who supported us these first few days during our soft(ish) open! We can’t wait to welcome you all to our beautiful new space and serve up delicious coffee on the terrace.
It took us 14 years to find the right spot for location number 2. New space, new experience, same delicious coffee and good ol’ family hospitality.
Trading to Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm. Look for the pink neon.

We are looking for an experienced barista with a love for quality coffee and professional, friendly hospitality!
- You must be able to demonstrate a fast, clean and consistence workflow using modern, industry standard machinery and techniques
- You must have fundamental knowledge in espresso and filter coffee preparation & some understanding of the origin, processing and roasting impacts on flavour
- The ideal candidate is comfortable with the above 2 points so that their primary attention can be put towards the customer, delivering wonderful & welcoming service
- Availability Monday-Friday
- Flexible hours depending on your needs
In return you’ll be working in a family-owned and operated business, serving some of the best coffee Australia has to offer and learning from award-winning baristas.
