Café Cook with experience working in a busy café or food industry environment is required.

Primary focus will be on short order cooking and food preparation with some experience and willingness to work on Front of House will be highly regarded but not necessary.
This role is currently for up to 20-25 hrs/week. More hours may be made available for the right person.

This position will involve weekdays and weekend work. Shifts will vary between 7:30am to 4:30pm.

• At least 6 months experience in Short Order Cooking or Kitchenhand / Food Prep in busy café or restaurant.
• Food is your passion… and passion is in your food!
• General cleaning of all areas including kitchen, washing dishes and floors.
• Strong Customer Service focus. Willingness to serve, take orders at the counter using electronic POS till highly desirable but not necessary.
• Thrives in a busy, fast paced environment.

Training will be provided; basic commercial kitchen experience/skills is a must.

(closed over ANZAC long weekend, business resumes Tuesday)

Over the last few days we have been sharing a bad news with our fellow customers - that we will be closing down over the coming days. Since making this news public, we have received overwhelming support from our local regulars, center staff members, colleagues, center management as well as The Coffee Club head office.

The support we’ve received from all directions were so mind-blowing that we’ve made the decision to soldier on and keep going. We are not ready to say goodbye yet and will continue to serve your favourite coffee and food in store and via our delivery partners.

We will be taking the long weekend off to attend to some maintenance work that’s wayyyyyy overdue. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

WA’s 5 days lockdown starts today.

We are open for takeaway only, and will continue to deliver our menu via in-store takeaway, UberEATS, Deliveroo and DoorDash. You can also call us on (08)9486 7782 to pre-place your order for a swift pick up.

Apart from our usual menu favourites, you can also place orders for essential items, such as milk and toast (subject to availabilities).
