A very Special Release we're incredibly proud to share! Introducing a Wush Wush Carbonic Maceration from Colombian producer Edwin Noreña. We recently had the honour of welcoming Edwin to our Sydney Barista Academy, where he shared his philosophy on experimentation, his journey and the pursuit of extraordinary coffee. In the cup, expect an explosion of lime sherbet, floral violet and raspberry soda. Vibrant, fragrant and unlike anything else. Available now in limited quantities! 💜
