Before we open, we thought to jump on here to say HOLA and introduce ourselves.
This is us! The Javiers with our very first and most precious customer 👶
We moved to Perth almost a decade ago from Buenos Aires [Argentina🇦🇷] and Barcelona [Spain🇪🇸], have run our businessess [probably most of you can recognise our faces from the Street Food industry] and both love sharing food on the table with good friends and cool vibes.
We both met in the streets running & and became friends over 5 years ago. But now we have decided to join our strength and passion to open up the little cafe we have spent years dreaming about.
’Romesco’ is quite simply an extension of us - sharing, laughing and good food.
We hope that ’Romesco’ will have some room in the Wembley neighbourhood, where anyone can walk in for great coffee and Spanish fusion food that will take you to where we come from.
We can't wait to meet you all.

🌈For all of you wondering where we have been, Javi & I have made the decision to take a little brake from this industry in order to expand our skills in our careers 🌈
🌼 We cannot say anything else but THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to every single one of YOU - nothing would have been the same without you throughout these years 🌼
