New dish on the menu!

Lemon & cardamom buttermilk panna cotta, served with walnut crumb, orange gel and lacto fermented blueberries.

Ok, we know there's a lot going on here, but trust us, it works! The silky smooth buttermilk panna cotta is inspired by the danish dish 'koldskål'. For our danish chef, it's a nostalgic trip back to the long Nordic midsummer nights around the backyard table.
