Meet Chef Manny, our Caff After Dark Chef extraordinaire! 👨🏼🍳
With 18 years in the kitchen, his passion started at home in Mauritius, learning the heart of cooking from his Grandma and Dad. Classically trained with a history in French and Italian cuisine, Manny brings comfort, skill and bold flavour to every Caff plate.
You can trust Chef to nail any steak, or whip up a pasta to perfection. Manny’s signature dish? A slow braised, deep flavoured lamb shank, which many of you tried off our last menu!

To get to this coffee shop, take the train or bus to Perth Station. From there, walk towards Murray Street and turn left onto King Street. Walk straight until you reach Hay Street, then turn right and continue walking for a few minutes until you reach Broadway. The coffee shop is on the corner.
If driving, there are a few parking options nearby including Wilson Parking on Hay Street and CPP Parking on Murray Street. From either parking lot, walk towards Broadway and the coffee shop is located on the corner.
