PASTA NIGHT IS BACK! ~ EVERY WED & THU, FROM 4PM.
You read right. We’re now open Wednesdays, and we’re bringing the neighbourhood back-to-back mid-week pasta nights. Just $30 for a bowl of house made pasta and a glass of wine.
There will be a vego and non-vego option, changing weekly. Wine is white or red. Simple. Easy. Delicious. Come and be served.
Bookings are preferred so we can prep for you — but walk-ins are always welcome in our house too.

CHEF IN RESIDENCE: Jack Short ~ Apr 2 - June 29
Jack is back — back again! We are so excited to have our dear friend back on the pans and specifically in the Wines of While kitchen.
Many will know Jack left our kitchen late last year with some allergy issues; thankfully (for all our sakes!) he has overcome them, and is easing back into chef life. He joins us for a very fun three months before heading off on some travels to sharpen his skills even further.
He’s already been cooking for a couple of weeks, putting up some simply spectacular dishes. Moving forward, expect menus of abundance and generosity, with a renewed focus on produce. He’s bringing back our house charcuterie program, cycling through the classics — and will have more of an emphasis on vegetable dishes too as we start to take advantange of the cooler months.
Come say hello. We’re open all weekend for Easter as normal.

Hello world, meet Marina!
All the way from Tucson, Arizona, Marina joined us late last year direct from her role running Time Market, an all-day cafe, grocer, wine shop and restaurant in that city’s heart that’s been an institution since 1920.
She brings a deep interest in wine that was further nurtured doing a harvest in Bordeaux, and now expands to discover the Australian producers with whom we work so closely.

The most miraculous Mohinga (fish soup), the juiciest Moo Ping (grilled pork), crispy and delicious Cut Chien Bo (fried quail), herbaceous and wholesome Yam Jim G*i (chicken soup salad), an Amè Hnat Aloo (braised beef curry) that melts in your mouth and the all important Dad’s Dahl — with rice and condiments of course. And that’s not even everything!
A few hotly coveted spots have opened up for dinner tonight and tomorrow night for those who missed out on a booking.

BOOKINGS ARE LIVE! ~ NYE Fancy Dinner 3.0.
Come ring in the new year with us. $120pp for five shared courses. As always, the menu is a surprise on the day — expect very good things.
There’ll be special bottles coming out of the cellar, champagne by the glass and a few luxurious off menu additions to add to the experience.
We can cater to known dietaries, so pleasure be sure to make note of these on your booking.
Choose from the early or late seating; those coming late have their table into midnight and beyond.
Seats are strictly limited and will book out quickly. We recommend booking now to avoid disappointment!
