Are you passionate about coffee and dedicated to providing excellent customer service? We are seeking an experienced barista and a waitstaff to join our team at Flinderz Cafe! If you have a minimum of 2 years of barista experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

☕️Barista’s responsibilities☕️
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining quality and consistency
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of barista experience in a café or similar setting
- Excellent knowledge of coffee types, consistency, and latte art
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

🍳🥓 Allrounder’s responsibilities 🥓🍳
- Greet and seat customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Attend to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and exceptional customer experiences
- Help with back of house duties when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work approximately 25 hours per week, including weekends
