ANNOUNCEMENT: LAUNCH OF AUNTY ANARCHY'S COMMUNITY KITCHEN

Australia is one of the wealthiest and most prosperous countries in the world and is often referred to as 'the lucky country' and yet the average Australian is struggling to even be able put food on the table every night. The big chain supermarkets post record profits and raise prices ever-higher, in the midst of a historic cost-of-living crisis, while the worsening climate emergency makes food scarcity worse which will make food access even harder for those who are struggling. Our so-called leaders do nothing to fix this broken system which is seeing more and more people falling below the poverty line. Australians don't need good luck, they need good food - healthy, nourishing food.

AACK aim to create a network of autonomous community kitchens to provide meals to anyone who needs it. AACK is a mutual aid organisation, which means that we're community members working to help each other, not a charity. If you're interested in helping us or need food, please don't hesitate to reach out, everyone is welcome in Aunty Anarchy's kitchen!

Recently the first Aunty Anarchy's Community Kitchen provided 80+ meals to those who are in need and we will be doing so again tonight!! Here are some photos from the first attempt and we are all looking forward to going out and doing the same again tonight!!! ๐Ÿ™‚
