Matcha & white chocolate marquise.
Rich, creamy white chocolate balanced with the earthy bitterness of matcha. Smooth, delicate and just sweet enough.
The kind of dessert you’ll find room for. 🍵

October is for sake! 🍶
We’re kicking off October Sake Month at Papi Katsu with a one-night-only dinner celebrating International Sake Day.
A multi-course menu built around sake from start to finish — oysters with sake granita, sake-cured salmon, tuna tataki, scallop crudo, wagyu, ocean trout and white miso caramel tart, with a different sake paired throughout the evening.
Welcome sake on arrival. Pairings through every course. Hot sake to finish.
