The line-up moves through R de Ruinart Brut, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, V***e Clicquot Yellow Label, Dom Pérignon 2017 and Krug Grande Cuvée served alongside a different caviar selected by our Caviar Sommelier.
Throughout the evening, our Champagne and Caviar Sommeliers will guide each pairing, exploring the provenance, rarity and complexity behind both, and why the right match can completely change what you taste.

Did you miss out on our Moss Wood Wine Dinner? This is your second chance🍷
After completely selling out, a last-minute cancellation means we’ve just released a handful of seats for this Friday, 14th August.
The evening explores more than five decades of Moss Wood through six exceptional wines, paired with a six-course menu featuring premium Western Australian produce, including Margaret River venison and Lake Preston Wagyu with fresh Denmark black truffle.
These are the only seats available and, considering the dinner sold out once already, we don’t expect them to last.
Friday 14th August | $220pp

Possibly the best seat in the house.
We might be slightly biased, but there aren’t many tables in Perth with the a view quite like this.
Book your table and decide for yourself.
