Pas Touché means “hands off” - and that’s exactly the point 🍷
Born from the shared rhythm of music and winemaking, Pas Touché is a lo-fi Margaret River project by Jack Calneggia and winemaker Severine Logan, built on minimal intervention, vineyard character and wines that speak for themselves.
This is wine with texture, restraint and a little bit of attitude - unfiltered, expressive, and made from fruit grown on the Calneggia family’s Rosabrook vineyard.
On Saturday, July 11, join us in the Distillery Bar for an intimate guided tasting of the Pas Touché range: Pinot Gris, Cabernet Sauvignon and Fumé-style Sauvignon Blanc.

On Saturday 11 July, pull up a stool in Moon & Mary's Distillery Bar and join Pas Touché owner Jack Calneggia for an intimate guided tasting of his lo-fi, unfiltered Margaret River wines.
Across three small-group sessions, you'll explore textured Pinot Gris, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon and layered Fumé-style Sauvignon Blanc while hearing the stories behind the wines, the Rosabrook Wines vineyard, and the creative spirit that shaped the label.

**Public Transport:**
1. **Train:** Take a train to Fremantle Station on the Mandurah Line. Once you arrive at the station, exit and walk towards the main street (South Terrace).
2. **Bus:** If you're coming from Perth, you can catch a bus (e.g., Bus 998 or 999) that goes directly to Fremantle. Alight at the stop closest to Henderson Street.
3. From either mode of transport, it's a short walk to your destination along South Terrace or through the local streets.
**Driving/Parking:**
1. If you're driving from Perth, take the Kwinana Freeway southbound and follow signs for Fremantle.
2. Exit onto High Street and continue until you reach South Terrace.
3. There are several parking options available nearby, including street parking and public car parks. Be sure to check for any parking restrictions or fees.
