Some meals are made for winter, and roasted pork belly definitely sits high on that list. Crispy, slow-roasted pork belly served over creamy mash and finished with house glaze has officially joined the seasonal lineup at Hop & Huddle through to the end of August — alongside daily soup specials and comfort-driven winter dining designed for colder Perth nights. Add a glass of red and suddenly staying out in winter feels like a much better idea.
