Dear Lupo’s folk
We are here to inform you that after more than 6years the moment of farewell has came.We would like to thank you all for your support during these years to have helped us to create a wonderful community that has be resilient during the hard time like Covid-19 and throughout happier moments.
We have always tried our best to bring you a piece of Italy in any plates and giving you a warm Italian style service and I hope during these years we have been able to give you that. We haven’t been perfect but we have always tried hard to improve and to make our people proud. Passion and quality has always been our goal and we are proud to have share this wonderful journey with you, our people, our friends. Our gratitude will be always immense.

The owner, Mirko, has a passion for the culinary world that started in his childhood while watching his parents run their own restaurant in Rome. He has since expanded his knowledge by completing a Specialty Coffee Diploma and becoming an Authorised Specialty Coffee Trainer in Roasting, Sensory, Green Beans, and Brewing. Mirko's recent travels to coffee plantations in Southern America and Africa have given him a better understanding of the hard work and dedication that goes into every crop. Through Lupolab Roasters, he aims to honor these farmers' efforts by delivering high-quality coffee to the public in Perth through their in-house roastery.
