The V60 pour over is one of our favourite brewing methods for bringing out the full character of a coffee. We especially love using our Single Origin and Micro Batch coffees, as the slower, more delicate brewing process highlights the unique flavour notes and nuances of each bean.

A vibrant, fruit-forward expression from Bona District, Sidamo.
Grown at 1800–2100m and naturally processed to enhance clarity and complexity, this micro batch delivers bright citrus notes of orange, lemon, and ruby grapefruit, balanced by a creamy mouthfeel with hints of honey, sweet almond, chocolate, and blueberry through the finish.
Roasted in small batches to showcase the depth and character Ethiopian coffees are renowned for.

What a night. ⚡️☕
Last Thursday, our Bibra Lake HQ was packed for the GESHA Coffee Co. x The Alternative Dairy Co. Latte Art Smackdown, with Perth baristas stepping up for an evening of competition, community, and very high energy.
Teams of two went head-to-head through knockout rounds, with milk choice and patterns decided live by the wheel. The pressure was on, the pours were impressive, and the crowd and MC brought the vibes all night long.
A huge congratulations to our winners, who took home some incredible prizes, and a massive thank you to our judges and everyone who competed and came along to spectate.
Special thanks to The Alternative Dairy Co. for collaborating with us on such a fun event, and to our amazing community for getting involved.
