Next week, Im in Cambodia for a Collab non for profit event with for their launch of , a sustainable scholarship program that 100% supports culinary programs and the students enrolled.

I've just done the whole year Solo Dolo!
(That's a lie...there's been 3 days where i had events on and had some help😉)
That's prepping, cooking, serving, cleaning, catering, functions, events, food for Bar Love next door, bookkeeping, marketing, as well as the added pressure of running a hospitality business in this current climate.
Im taking 2 weeks off!
Last day of trade for the year will be Sunday the 21st with a Collab Afro Caribbean Cookout event with Kev from Happytitemeals.
(Think, Jerk Chicken - Peri Peri Chicken... Rice and Peas - Biriyani.... Curry Goat - Goat Curry...)

My fundamental core has always been to give back to the less fortunate, and this year is no different.
I will be putting on Christmas lunch for respite centre and will need your help with any small Christmas presents you can spare.
All the info on items im hoping to get is in the post, drop off is at the restaurant before the 21st of December.

An exhibition showcased as part of a dining experience...
A unique art and food event that weaves the lines between 5 pieces of art, 5 identifiable generational stories and 5 plates of food.
is taking their visual interpretation of each story and putting it to paper and Peasants Paradice kitchen is bringing them to life through a unique sensory culinary experience.
Expect each artwork and each dish to relate to each subject's story and their underlying translation of the culture surrounding African hair or "roots - follicles" as we know them.
