This week, weāre matching our Taco Trio with Frazer Gallop Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River WA.
The w**eās bright citrus, fresh tropical fruit and subtle herbaceous notes pair perfectly with the zesty slaw, Pico de Gallo and lime, while its crisp acidity and refreshing finish cut through the richness of the b**r-battered fish, chilli & lime chicken and chimichurri mushroom.
