Mia Cucina is a fantastic Italian restaurant, searching for a Duty Manager who is looking for a stable & permanent position, in a great venue, working with great staff!
This role will involve the day-to-day operation of our busy al-a-carte restaurant in working a flexible 5-day roster consisting of day and evening shifts between Tuesday & Sunday.
The successful applicant will be a hands-on manager who can lead and support the Floor Team maintaining the high standard of service that our clientele is currently receiving at Mia Cucina.
This is a full-time position with an attractive salary package which includes flexible and friendly hours and working within a great team-culture.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
• 2+ years as a Duty Manager within a busy hospitality venue
• Significant experience in FOH service
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop strong teams
• A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve issues quickly
• Deep knowledge of bar operations management and liquor licensing laws
• A current RSA and Approved Manager Card
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• Currently reside in Western Australia

This role is hands-on and service-focused, requiring coffee, cocktail skills, w**e knowledge and the ability to manage a fast-paced bar environment to a high standard.
Working closely with the Venue Manager and wider FOH team, you will play a key role in setting the tone for bar service, maintaining quality and consistency, and creating an engaging guest experience.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Bar Supervisor or similar leadership role
· Proven coffee and cocktail-making skills and experience working behind a busy bar
· General knowledge of w**e
· Current RSA certification
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods
