Modus Regulars | Episode 2
Meet Thomas. A lawyer and long time Modus regular, he was first introduced to us by a close friend and soon made Modus part of his routine.
Back then, he’d come in to do his readings and discovered his love for our cookies. These days, the coffee, a cruller and the familiar faces are all part of his regular Modus ritual.

Faver Emir Ninco
Huila, Colombia 🇨🇴
Pouring now at all Modus stores
—
Faver Emir Ninco’s coffee is a family effort, grown at Finca Costa Rica in the hills of Huila, Colombia. Coming from generations of coffee producers, Faver fulfilled a childhood dream when he purchased the farm 25 years ago. Today, alongside his wife Andrea, he carefully manages every stage of production from planting through to drying.
Growing at 1,800 metres above sea level, Faver cultivates Caturra, Gesha and Pink Bourbon beneath native shade trees. Ripe cherries are handpicked, rested, fermented for 48 hours and dried slowly over 25 days. The result is a coffee crafted with patience, pride and care.
Available in store and online via https://modus.coffee/products/faver-emir-ninco-1 now.

Modus Coffee on Beaufort Street is a coffee shop that takes pride in sourcing high-quality coffees that are sweet, clean, and vibrant. They offer a unique and exciting menu that keeps their customers coming back for more. Recently, they announced the availability of Black Périgord Truffles harvested by their friends at Australian Truffle Traders in Manjimup, layered on La Fromager D'affinois triple cream brie, in sourdough and toasted to perfection. This limited-time offer is available for $28 and is sure to delight any foodie. Additionally, Modus Coffee has been featuring the exceptional Wilton Benitez Washed Anaerobic Gesha on filter for the next two weekends. This coffee is incredibly clean with strong notes of Lemongrass, Turkish Delight, and Lychee. It's no wonder why Modus Coffee has become a popular destination for coffee lovers in Perth.
