Prior to closing, the restaurant offered dining, take away, and delivery services along with occasional meal deals like "Cheaper Tuesday and Wednesday" featuring onion bhaji, two main curries, naan bread, plain or pulau rice, and papdmus. Gift vouchers were also available for purchase. The restaurant expressed gratitude for their customers' support of Nepalese culture in social media posts dating back to 2017.
