Introducing Hakkaisan Kongoshin Junmai Daiginjo, a sake so rare, it’s currently unavailable anywhere else in Perth.
Crafted by Hakkaisan, Kongoshin represents the pinnacle of Junmai Daiginjo brewing. Made from a refined blend of premium Yamadanishiki rice sourced from Hyogo’s top-grade paddies, and Gohyakumangoku rice from Niigata’s renowned Minami-Uonuma region, this sake is pressed, then carefully aged for two years to achieve its signature elegance.
Expect a beautifully balanced profile, delicate, smooth, and quietly powerful, with a refined aroma that lingers.
Even the bottle tells a story. Inspired by the rare glass beads used in ancient Buddhist statues, it reflects purity, craftsmanship, and something truly divine.
As its name suggests, Kongoshin embodies the highest level of sake, unwavering in quality, and now, exclusively at Azabu.
Limited availability. Experience it while it lasts. 🍶
