For one night only, Chef Gurps Bagga welcomes Chef Rohan Park into the Sauma kitchen for a special collaborative dinner.

With over 15 years of experience across some of Perth’s leading kitchens, including Old Young’s Kitchen, Leeuwin Estate, Wills Domain, Fleur and native ingredient led pop up Fervor, Rohan brings a deep knowledge of Australian produce and native ingredients to the table.

To get to the Indian restaurant located on William Street, you have a couple of options:

Public Transport:
- Take any bus or train that stops at the Perth Station.
- From there, walk northwest on Wellington Street towards William Street (approximately 5 minutes).
- Turn left onto William Street and continue walking until you reach your destination.

Driving/Parking:
- If driving from south of William Street, take the Mitchell freeway and exit at the Hay Street exit.
- Turn right onto Hay Street and then left onto William Street.
- If driving from north of William Street, take the Mitchell freeway and exit at Vincent Street.
- Turn left onto Vincent Street and then right onto William Street.
- There is limited street parking available. Alternatively, there are several paid parking lots nearby including City of Perth Parking on Pier St or Wilson Parking on Murray St.
